About Us

Mikel Wisenbaker is a lifelong resident of Lowndes County and is a second generation home builder. Mikel grew up on construction sites learning his craft from his father the owner of Wisenbaker Construction. Mikel started full time with his family in 1993 building new custom homes, major upscale remodels and additions. These projects ranged from $150,00 to 2 million dollars. With over 15 years personal experience, Mikel has gained valuable knowledge of Georgia building codes, zoning requirements, permit processing and building site evaluations. In 2000 Mikel passed both his residential and commercial contractor licensing exams. Mikel is a true craftsman and believes his work reflects who he is . Not only has he successfully completed the commercial and residential test, more importantly, Mikel has hands on experience from the ground up.

Andy Thompson grew up in the North Florida/South Georgia area and has been in sales, marketing and sales management for the last fifteen years. The last five years have been exclusively in the home building and home sales industry. He has worked with hundreds of clients helping them choose building locations, interior, exterior designs and floor plan selections. He has also worked with local lenders in the area establishing relationships for his clients.

We are full time home builders and designers. This is a not a side job for us. We feel that your investment deserves our full attention. We are on the job every day to ensure the quality of the home. The only corners we ever cut are with a miter box.

Together Mikel and Andy have combined their talents to form Executive Custom Homes. With over 20 years of combined construction industry experience they strive to accomplish their mission statement of exceeding their client's expectations.
