We offer many styles and floor plans for you to choose from. Most floor plans can have two to three exterior elevations. You may like one floor plan but want a different exterior look (elevation), this normally is easy to accomplish. These are a few of our standard house plans. However we will also build from your architectural
drawings or a plan we design together from scratch using our design/build center.

Some floorplans are available for download in .pdf format for viewing and printing. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to do this. Some items in drawings Brick, stucco or fireplaces are optional features.
