The following are minimal standard features, all homes are customized to your specification.
Base Pricing includes:
- All standard specs. As shown in spec sheet.
- Temporary power poles
- Insurance on home until completion
- Building permits (Georgia only)
- Dumpsters on site during construction
- Site cleanup
- Port-a-potty on site during construction
- Four pallets of sod placed around home
- There are “no” site administrative fees
- 20x20 parking pad (with garage)
Addtional ammenities can include:
