The following are minimal standard features, all homes are customized to your specification.

Base Pricing includes:

  • All standard specs. As shown in spec sheet.
  • Temporary power poles
  • Insurance on home until completion
  • Building permits (Georgia only)
  • Dumpsters on site during construction
  • Site cleanup
  • Port-a-potty on site during construction
  • Four pallets of sod placed around home
  • There are “no” site administrative fees
  • 20x20 parking pad (with garage)
